bnatural has a core set of values that includes supporting local suppliers wherever we can. This is not only better for the environment, reducing food miles but helps to strengthen the local economy.

Otterton Mill supply us every day with delicious hand-baked bread and cakes from their renowned artisan bakery. These include wholemeal, granary, white, spelt and rye loaves, scones, shortbread, brownies, gingerbread, date and walnut and fruit cakes. All the flour used is organically grown and the stoneground, wholemeal flour is ground on site using waterpower, continuing a 1,000 year old milling tradition at Otterton. They usually mill twice a month and produce about 12 tonnes of flour throughout the year.

We use Rod and Ben's, based at Bickham Farm, Kenn for fresh organic vegetables and fruit which are delivered every Friday. We are also a collection point for their box scheme.

More recently, local fruit farm, Sunnyhaye has joined the list of suppliers. Sunnyhaye, who have converted entirely to organic production methods this year, now supply bnatural with seasonal locally-grown apples and a range of still and sparkling apple juices, produced within just a few miles of Exmouth.
