Many of the ingredients contained in conventional household cleaners, detergents and soaps are known to have detrimental and damaging effects on the environment and humankind. We stock Bio D, Earth Friendly, Ecover, Faith in Nature, Michael's Luffas, Suma and Traidcraft cleaning products which are kind to humans, animals and the environment.

Another service offered is refilling a variety of household products including washing up liquid, laundry liquid and cleaners. We calculate that as a single store we save over 60 bottles a week going to landfill through the refilling service, equating to around 3000 plastic bottles a year - a significant achievement for bnatural and our customers. This not only saves people money but also reduces a small 'mountain' of waste plastic.
